As a customer, you can always contact us in our helpdesk. We can help you with everything from troubleshooting and technical questions to advice on your use of Odoo. If you also have a request for new development, you can send it to our support. Our Odoo consultants, technicians and programmers are all available to help you with your support requests.

As an Odoo Gold Partner, we also have a dialog with Odoo where we can convey your wishes directly to Odoo.
