New Prices and Terms Starting January 2025

Here you can review our new price list for all services, effective January 1, 2025. These prices will apply to all new agreements from this date. Existing customer agreements will be adjusted at the end of the current contract period.

Important Changes

Hourly rates

• We have increased our standard hourly rate by approximately 7%. This is our first price adjustment in four years.
• Volume discounts for project-related services remain unchanged.

Cloudworkz Services

• We continue to enhance our cloud infrastructure with new investments in both hardware and software throughout 2025.
• Prices for compute and storage services will increase in line with market trends and may vary depending on the specific services and resources required. Despite this, we still offer more competitive pricing and greater flexibility than our main competitors. Please review your invoice for detailed changes.
• To provide maximum flexibility for our cloud customers, we are updating our general terms to a 3-month cancellation notice, replacing the current 12-month notice.
• Starting January 2025, infrastructure updates will be standard for all servers, instead of being optional as they are now. Application updates for Odoo, Pyramid, and similar software will remain unaffected and will continue according to your service agreement (monthly or as needed).

Software Maintenance (Odoo)

• We continue to expand this cost-effective service at the same competitive prices as in 2023/2024. You can read more about the service här​
