InExchange


InExchange is a 3rd party integration to allow our customers to receive and send electronic invoices in Odoo

You will need InExchange to send invoices to Swedish Government entities.  Some larger private companies insist that their suppliers and/or business customers use electronic invoices.

If you have commercial partners in Finland, Norway and some other EU countries, you may need to implement InExchange together with your Odoo instance.

InExchange license is paid annually in advance (contact us for prices) In addition, each transaction (invoice) is charged on a monthly basis based on use.


Installation and support

The InExchange plugin is licensed and we charge a yearly maintenance fee for upgrades and support.  

We provide the InExchange App (plugin) to our customers and waive the basic license fee.  However, work related to the installation and configuration in your instance is charged as a part of your Odoo project.

Bug fixes are included in the yearly Maintenance fee.  Customer specific configuration or changes are charged separately and in addition to the yearly Maintenance fee.  

Support to resolve specific incoming/outgoing invoices for a particular customer are charged as support.
